<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing regenerated aggregate which is capable of efficiently and continuously manufacturing the regenerated aggregate free from the variation of water absorption and having a fixed quality using returned concrete or waste concrete aggregate as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a perforated outer cylinder 1 having dehydrating holes 13 formed on a shell wall and a screw shaft 2 arranged in the perforated outer cylinder to rotate with the rotation speed different from the perforated outer cylinder. The raw material supplied to a raw material supply part 11 is dehydrated by the centrifugal force of the perforated outer cylinder, is scraped from the inner peripheral surface of the perforated outer cylinder by the screw shaft and is carried in the perforated outer cylinder while being stirred to discharge the regenerated aggregate formed by binding the aggregate and fine particles in the raw material with cement from an aggregate discharge part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
