PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microclimate design building which effectively uses natural energies for improving ventilation and waste heat function, and cuts the consumption of resource energies and electric power consumption. SOLUTION: This microclimate design building takes in air from outdoors and discharges it from its upper floors or roof part. The building comprises plural openings including at least one base window 10 provided at one of the lower floors, a transom 12 located at a distance from the one base window 10 provided at the lower floor, a wind channel 14 on the ceiling of a lower floor, and a waste heat tower 15 on the building roof. The transom 12, air channel 14 and waste heat tower 15 form a continuous air flow passage. A waste heat sash 22 is provided at wall surfaces on the upper floors. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
