PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure of a unit room, having superior water cut-off performance, improving workability at a construction site, and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: This water cut-off structure is composed of a wall panel 6 fixed to the outer periphery of a floor pan 3, a baseboard 1 interposed between the floor pan 3 and the wall panel, and a cover part 2 installed in front of the baseboard 1. In the water cut-off structure A of the unit room, the cover part 2 formed in a side cross-sectional substantially S shape is formed by arranging an upper space 21 in its reverse surface upper part for releasing a sealing agent for cutting off water of a connecting part of the wall panel 6 and the baseboard 1, and arranging a lower space 22 in its reverse surface lower part for releasing the sealing agent for cutting off water of a connecting part of the baseboard 1 and the floor pan 3.
