PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest structure of a vehicle seat which is capable of reliably avoiding the swell of a headrest cover associated with the suture thereof, and preventing impairment of the appearance, simple in structure, small in the number of components, and manufactured by less manufacturing man-hour. SOLUTION: In a longitudinal locking part of a headrest cover, ends of a skin overlap each other and a plate-like shaping member is inserted in the overlapped portion so as to form the inner side of the skin. For example, in the longitudinal locking part 5, a J-shaped hook 12 sewn to an end on one side of lower skins 8a, 8b of the headrest cover and a shaping plate 13 sewn to an end on the other side of the lower skin can reliably connect the ends of the headrest cover 6 by engaging engagement claws 12a and 13a with the J-shaped hook 12 and the shaping plate 13, respectively, the longitudinal locking part 5 is opened only by disengaging the engagement claws 12a and 13a, a cushion material can be easily attached/detached, and the headrest can be easily manufactured thereby.
