PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease generation of groan caused by teeth breakage due to variances in an engagement allowance of a warm gear and a helical gear, and flexure of the warm gear. SOLUTION: A driving mechanism which rotatingly drives a shaft 21 for holding a mirror and a rotation transmitting member 41 integrally having a plate 38 of which the case is divided into an upper part case 20B and a lower part case 20A and which holds a driving motor 39 between the cases, the helical gear 46 which is installed with the warm gear 42 at an output shaft of the driving motor 39 and which is engaged with the warm gear 42, and the warm gear 45 which is engaged with a clutch gear 35 provided at the shaft 21 is supported at bearings 42A, 42C of the plate 38, the clutch gear 35 engaged with the warm gear 45 is provided at the shaft 21, the bearings 42A, 42C are retained at the upper part case 20B, and the material of the upper part case 20B is constituted of a material which is more rigid than the plate 38.
