PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently catch and collect dust, dirt etc. present on a surface to be cleaned onto a cleaning sheet by pressing the cleaning surface of the cleaning sheet mounted in a replaceable manner over a wide range. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool 10 is provided with an elastically deformable plate-formed sheet pressurizing part 12 and a handle part 13 connected with one end part 12a of the sheet pressurizing part 12, and is used by mounting the cleaning sheet 11 onto the sheet pressurizing part 12. The sheet pressurizing part 12 has slits 14 obtained by cutting into the the longitudinal direction X of a strip shape from the edge of the other end 12b, and a cross section vertical to the longitudinal direction X has a shape of recessing a pressurizing surface 15 in the state of a recessed surface from both of the side ends 12c toward the center part. By pressurizing at least the tip end part 12d of the sheet pressurizing part 12 to the surface 16 to be cleaned, the pressurizing surface 15 is flattened to expand the slits 14 to expand a pressurizing width by the sheet pressurizing part 12.
