PIPET CLEANING DEVICE AND CLEANING METHOD

A convenient and inexpensive cleaning device and cleaning method that are capable of effectively cleaning a pipet outer wall. A pipet, an object to be cleaned, is placed in a recess, and cleaning liquid coming through the inside of the pipet, hitting the inner peripheral surface of the recess, and splashed back from the surface is caused to hit against the pipet outer wall to clean it. This makes a cleaning water ejection device unnecessary, achieves the same effect obtainable by such a device, and enables the same cleaning water to be used to clean both the inner wall and outer wall of the pipet in one operation, facilitating and reducing time of cleaning work.
