<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller for an electrophotographic apparatus equipped with a polyurethane elastic body which suppresses lowering of hardness due to temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: The roller for an electrophotographic apparatus is equipped with the polyurethane elastic body formed using a polyol and a polyisocyanate, wherein the polyol comprises a low-molecular-weight polyol having a number average molecular weight of 200-1,000 and an average number of functional groups of 2.0-2.5 and a high-molecular-weight polyol having a number average molecular weight of 2,000-6,000 and an average number of functional groups of 2.2-3.0 in a mass ratio between the high-molecular-weight polyol and the low-molecular-weight polyol being 90:10 to 40:60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
