<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording material which has excellent color developing properties and outstanding shelf stability of a color-developed image to heat, heat and humidity, water and a plasticizer. <P>SOLUTION: This thermal recording material comprises a thermal color-developing layer containing a normally colorless or pale-color color-developing compound and a developing compound which makes the color-developing compound thermally develop a color, formed on a support, wherein the thermal color-developing layer comprises a chemical compound represented by formula (1) (wherein "n" is an integer of 1.0 to 1.8) as the developing compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
