<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprayable monolithic refractory composition which eliminates drawbacks of a dry spray method and a wet spray method, dispenses with the work of kneading materials, does not clog a conveyance pipe and is applied to long-distance conveyance, gives excellent quality to a constructed refractory and is used for spraying work. <P>SOLUTION: The sprayable monolithic refractory composition, which is sent pneumatically in the conveyance pipe in a powdery state, is conveyed while being suspended in the conveyance pipe, continuously conveyed pneumatically even though water is added in the middle of the conveyance pipe and sprayed from a spray nozzle, contains refractory aggregate of 100 parts mass, refractory powder of 30-60 parts mass, a binder of 2.5-20 parts mass, a dispersant of 0.03-1.5 parts mass and a quick setting agent of 0.07-4.5 parts mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
