<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate quick disturbance without using any special compensator in operating a motor from a stopped state. <P>SOLUTION: This motor control device comprises a disturbance observer 110 estimating a disturbance to act on a load 102 so that a disturbance component is canceled based on the estimated disturbance of the observer 110.
