<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cheaply and easily provide an oxidation catalyst which shows a high catalyst activity while carrying out recycling of industrial wastes. <P>SOLUTION: This production method has a raw-material preparing step for preparing a raw material at least partially containing at least one kind of waste containing at least one of a calcium source and a ferrite source, and a calcination step for obtaining the oxidation catalyst containing at least one kind of a calcium ferrite having a formula of Ca<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and a calcium ferrite having a formula of CaFe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>4</SB>by heating the raw material at 600-1,449 °C under oxygen atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
