<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive colored composition which makes it easy to remove dried deposites sticking to the coater or the fixtures and is hard to produce defects due to foreign matters, and provide a color filter using it. <P>SOLUTION: This photosensitive colored composition for color filters contains at least pigment 1 μm or smaller in the average diameter, photopolymer components, a dispersant, and a solvent. When immersed in a redissolving solvent after coating the above photosensitive colored composition and drying, the average diameter of the pigment particles of the redissolved photosensitive pigment composition is 10 times the average diameter of pigment of the above photosensitive colored composition or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
