PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for a content or a content list suitable for user's movement with a natural interface, even if a user does not direct specifically.

SOLUTION: Information indicating musical piece tempos is added as musical piece attached information of each musical piece, and a plurality of musical piece lists are prepared, in which a musical piece within a tempo range where respective tempos correspond to the musical piece lists is listed. The user's movement is detected as movement information, and a user's movement tempo is detected as a key value from the movement information. A CPU searches for a musical piece having the smallest difference of the key value and the musical piece tempo or a musical piece list within a tempo range to which the key value belongs. The musical piece is selected in a random order from the searched musical piece list when the musical piece list is searched. It can also be constituted so that the musical piece or the musical piece list is searched based on the key value transmitted from a user terminal with a search server on a network.
