PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal method and a disposal device for stably supplying combustible waste to a calcining furnace for cement production to carry out mass disposal. SOLUTION: In this disposal method of combustible waste, disposal of combustible waste is carried out in the calcining furnace 2 having a swirl chamber 5 for leading cooler extraction gas extracted from a clinker cooler 3, into the calcining furnace 2. The combustible waste is supplied from a waste throw-in port 12 in a top part of the swirl chamber, preferably on the outer peripheral part side from the center radius of the top part.
