PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable not only facilitating work but also reducing the number of component items, and useful for keeping a high-frequency characteristic and tensile strength, and also to provide a terminal treatment structure of a coaxial cable, and a shield terminal for a coaxial cable. SOLUTION: An annular braid lump part 8 is formed by pressing a braid 4 between an insulator 3 and an insulation sheath 5 of this coaxial cable 6 as a function of a connection conductor part 14 in connection of the coaxial cable 6; and the insulation sheath 5 is provided with a function for forming a terminal hooking part 7 with the formation of the braid lump part 8. For the arrangement of a sheath retaining part 15, one outer edge part 18 of the sheath retaining part 15 is positioned in the immediate vicinity of the terminal hooking part 7.
