PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt with a polyurethane-made projection and a mold for manufacturing it capable of positioning a position of a belt tooth and the projection by providing an outer mold for molding integrally with a positioning mark, positioning positions of the projections between the belts accurately when using a plurality of belts simultaneously, and preventing occurrence of unevenness in printing and flow of a hole in a document. SOLUTION: This toothed belt with the plyurethane-made projection is constituted by a polyurethane elastic body formed by burying a core wire 3 along the longitudinal direction in a belt main body, the belt forms tooth parts 5 and channel parts 6 alternately at a fixed pitch on its inner peripheral face, the projection 7 is provided on its outer peripheral face, and the core wire 3 is buried in a pitch line position. This toothed belt 1 with the polyurethane-made projection is provided with a projecting part 4 and a mark 11 or a marking-off line along the direction of width of the belt at a predetermined position on a rear surface of the belt.
