PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal oscillating system which can be used anywhere, without needing dry cells or commercial power supplies. SOLUTION: The signal oscillating system is equipped with a magnet 1 and an oscillating unit 10. The oscillating unit 10 has a coil 11, which generates an electromotive force by causing a change to take place at a distance with the magnet 1 relatively, an oscillator 13 which drives with the electromotive force generated by the coil 11 and forms a signal, and a radio wave oscillating unit 14 driven by the electromotive force generated by the coil 11, converting the signal formed with the oscillator 13 into the radio wave, and oscillating the signal.
