PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film scanner the lifetime of the lamp of which is extended and the color filter of the CCD of which is protected. SOLUTION: The technology applied to the film scanner relates to the lamp and a switching timing of a shutter provided on an optical axis of the CCD.
