PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device equipped with an I/O circuit for low-voltage high-speed operation at a low cost. SOLUTION: If I/O voltage vcc (for example, 3.3V) is dropped to vcc_18(for example, 1.8V) in the I/O circuit, the section that causes degradation in speed is a level conversion part and a prebuffer part for driving a main large buffer. By considering it, a high voltage (voltage vcc) is applied to the circuits of a level up converter LUC and a prebuffer PBF, realizing an I/O circuit for low-voltage high-speed operation at a low cost.
