PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation model creation method capable of individually modeling a plurality of component models constituting an entity model and more simply and effectively executing coupling of each component model. SOLUTION: In the simulation model creation method, at least three or more component models are coupled to one another by a pair of quantity of input/output state consisting of potential as a quantity of state showing a potential component of energy to be added to each component and a quantity of flow as a quantity of state showing a flow component while applying the component models to one-to-many relation in which a plurality of submodels are connected in parallel to one reference model, system equations of all the component models are combined, in the system equations after combination, substitution processing between input and output is performed and after all substitution processing, unnecessary rows and columns are deleted.
