PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacing method of a relay system which reduces cost and labor, and decreases an amount of waste. SOLUTION: When the predetermined replacement of a relay unit 2 is carried out, the appearance of a relay system board 1, components of the relay system board 1 and the insulation resistance of control cables 3 to 10 are inspected. When an insulation resistance value is less than a reference value, the relay system board 1 including the relay unit 2 and the control cables 3 to 10 are abandoned, and replaced with new cables. If the insulation resistance value is the reference value or more, the relay unit 2 is replaced, and the cables and the components are replaced or repaired as necessary. As a replacement scope is changed according to a degree of deterioration, the replacement cost and the labor are reduced, and a quantity of the waste involved in replacement is decreased.
