PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic response program, an exchange program and a content management program which are easy to manage and expand a providable service. SOLUTION: An automatic response server 5 for performing automatic response to a terminal 1 connected through a prescribed network according to prescribed contents is made to execute a procedure for combining contents and receiving the contents and a procedure for performing automatic response according to the contents after being connected to the terminal 1 when receiving a connection relation with the terminal 1 from an exchange server 3.
