PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce manufacturing cost by increasing the assemblability of rolling elements in a roller member. SOLUTION: For example, after four rolling elements 28a to 28d are arranged parallel with each other along the inner diameter part 40 of the roller member 30, all rolling elements 28 excluding these four rolling elements 28a to 28d are annularly disposed in the inner diameter part 40. Then, an annular body 50 is expanded by displacing one flexible end part 52a and the other flexible end part 52b formed at a connection point between the start point and the end point of the annular body 50 in the directions that they are separated from each other to press the rolling elements 28 against the roller member 30 along the inner diameter part 40 of the roller member.
