PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lightfast flooring material which is hardly yellowed even if a surface layer is transparent. SOLUTION: This flooring material containing a polyvinyl chloride resin layer is characterized by having a transparent polyvinyl chloride resin surface layer using an alkylsulfonic ester as a plasticizer.
