ALDEHYDE-ADSORBING WALLPAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aldehyde-adsorbing wallpaper efficiently adsorbing aldehydes vaporized or remaining in the air, having excellent design with beautiful foaming and without conspicuous yellowing caused by aldehyde adsorption. SOLUTION: The aldehyde-adsorbing wallpaper has an aldehyde-adsorbing layer 2 and a decoration layer 3 in this order on the surface of lining paper 1. The exposed area of the aldehyde-adsorbing layer from the decoration layer is 10-70%. The aldehyde-adsorbing layer contains porous inorganic particles at the rate of 10-80 wt.% based on the whole weight of the adsorbing layer. The porous inorganic particles having 0.8-20μm average particle size and/or≥8 aspect ratio are preferably used. A thermoplastic resin layer may be installed on the back of the lining paper.
