PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth having dry touch and a water and/or oil-absorbing property and keeping designing freedom and provide a textile product made of the cloth. SOLUTION: The invention provides a cloth produced by applying fine particles having particle diameter of 1-100μm and having water and/or oil-absorbing property to a cloth surface, a cloth produced by applying fine particles having particle diameter of 1-100μm and a substance having water and/or oil-absorbing property to a cloth surface, a cloth produced by applying fine particles having particle diameter of 1-100μm to a cloth surface having water and/or oil-absorbing property, and a textile product made of the cloth.
