PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation containing liposome effectively including polyhydric alcohol. SOLUTION: The preparation containing liposome includes liposome containing polyhydric alcohols with 500-950 of molecular weight in internal and external water phase of a lipid membrane. The liposome is produced in a super critical carbon dioxide method and substantially comprises 1-10 sheets of lipid membrane and 70% of the liposome is composed of 2-some sheets of lipid membrane. The liposome membrane in the preparation comprises lipid having transition temperature and the including content of the polyhydric alcohols are increased 25-35% and substantially free from a chlorine based solvents.
