PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meandering and bias running of a long-size flexible member such as a belt and a tape 3. SOLUTION: A roller body 5 to be wound with the tape 3 and run the tape is rotatably supported by a shaft member 7, and they are arranged on the inner peripheral side of an annular holding member 8 so as to be extended in the diameter direction, and both ends of the shaft member 7 are held by the holding member 8. The holding member 8 is turnably installed on a support plate member 10 through a bearing 9, and the rotary center shaft (pivotal shaft) C2 of the bearing 9 is tilted at the predetermined angleαforward in the rotating direction of the roller body 5 against a direction of an axial load L in a view along the rotary center shaft C1 of the roller body 5.
