PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular shock-absorbing sheet which is free from dispersion in the welding strength at the welding position, and is capable of manufacturing a difficult-to-break bag when manufacturing the bag by overlapping a plurality of cellular shock-absorbing sheets each other, or folding and overlapping one cellular shock-absorbing sheet. SOLUTION: The cellular shock-absorbing sheet 1 consists of three-layer films, i.e., an air cap film 2 having a plurality of projecting parts 5 formed on an upper side, a flat base film 3 in a center thereof, and a flat film member 4 on a lower side. The cap film 2 and the base film 3 are constituted of the same size while the film member 4 is constituted of a size larger than that of the cap film 2 and the base film 3. Thus, a part of the film member 4 is projected from the cap film 2 and the base film 3, and the projected portion forms a welding margin 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
