<p>The winding mechanism (10) has a winding shaft (11) arranged in a cartridge housing (12). The winding shaft is arranged for rotating a winding roller and a tension roller. The winding shaft is positioned penetrating the end cap (15) of the cartridge housing. One end of the winding shaft penetrating the end cap of the cartridge housing is formed with an adjustable bearing (16). An adjustable bushing (17) is formed as part of the end cap to cover the adjustable bearing of the winding shaft.</p>
