An electron emission device and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to minimize the generation of a warping effect and maintain constantly flatness by dividing a glass frame in small length units. A first substrate(20) and a second substrate(22) are arranged opposite to each other. A plurality of electron emission structures are formed on the first substrate. The electron emission structures are formed with two or more electrodes and electron emission parts. A light emitting structure is formed on the second substrate. The light emitting structure emits the light by using electrons of the electron emission structures. A plurality of glass frames(90) are formed between the first and second substrates and are divided into two or more parts from at least one side.
