<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device preparing a cell image determining surely cell structure in a cell. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device 1 is provided with: an optical microscope 4 including three CCD cameras 42 for imaging the blood cell a plurality of times with different focal positions; and a terminal 5 for preparing focus composition images 51 focused over the whole of the corresponding hierarchy in every of three hierarchies, by classifying a plurality of images 50 picked up by the three CCD cameras 42 with the three hierarchies (upper hierarchy, middle hierarchy and lower hierarchy), and by composing the plurality of images 50 belonging to the respective three hierarchies, for every the three hierarchies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
