SUPPORT AND DRIVE DEVICE OF ROTOR SHAFT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of supporting and driving a rotor of a helicopter which absorbs vibration with low frequency and comparatively high energy.

SOLUTION: The support and drive device of the rotor shaft includes a bearing damper which contains a plurality of fluidly communicating oil cylinders disposed around circumference of the rotor so as to dampen vibration of the rotor. The device is provided with a flexible diaphragm coupling to transmit drive torque. The device improves in capacity corresponding to off register by the flexible diaphragm coupling.
