<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid trouble in discharging a plug due to the operation of an excessive temperature rise protecting function in spite that a semiconductor power switching element is within a normal temperature range. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit IC3 is put into the condition of being joined to a GND terminal 14b via a conductive material 15. This sets the board potential of the control circuit IC3 to be stable GND potential, prevents the malfunction of a temperature sensor 7 due to the influences of electric wave noises, and avoids trouble in discharging the plug becomes unable in spite that an IGBT 5 is within a normal temperature range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
