<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel treating device having high levels of control effects of a temperature rise in adsorbent when adsorbing evaporated fuel and of a temperature drop when releasing evaporated fuel, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In an evaporated fuel treating device having an adsorbent accommodated in the case body 2a, a resin 18 and a heat storage material 19 made up of a material having a heat conductivity or heat capacity larger than that of the adsorbent 15a, 17a are provided to the surface of the adsorbent 15a, 17a.
