<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health care system which can diagnose health condition in a proper timing and is easily mounted on a vehicle, and to provide a health care center. <P>SOLUTION: A driver health care system is provided in which a health care apparatus is provided with: a getting-on detecting means for detecting that a driver has gotten on a vehicle; data acquiring means 18 to 22 for acquiring health care data as the guidepost of the health condition of the driver when the getting-on of the driver is detected by the getting-on detecting means; and a data transmitting means 15 for transmitting health care data acquired by the data acquiring means to a health information center, wherein the health information center is provided with: a health diagnosis means 31 for diagnosing the health condition of the driver by referring to medical information based on medical information 34 and 35 for judging the health condition, medical institute information 37 stored with medical institute and the transmitted health care data of the driver; and a diagnostic result transmitting means 32 for transmitting the diagnostic result of the health diagnosing means to a health condition management device.
