<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a malpractice prevention system easily collecting incident information simultaneously with execution practice input in real time in a medical site, timely presenting warning/countermeasure information related to execution practice to a medical worker to call attention. <P>SOLUTION: A nurse 6 logs in a terminal device 5, and transmits a practice ID 59 identifying the medical practice to a server 3 every time the medical practice is executed. The server 3 extracts the incident information 67 with the practice ID 59 as a key, produces warning information to the medical practice and makes the terminal device 5 present it to call the attention of the nurse 6. The server 3 extracts countermeasure information 69 with the practice ID 59 as a key, produces the warning information to the medical practice, and makes the terminal device 5 present it to call the attention of the nurse 6.
