<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a fuel gas of good quality containing no tar fractions from organic wastes. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel gas generator 3 is equipped with a housing 16 in which a dry distillation section 19 and a combustion section 21 are arranged. Wood waste 17 charged from a charge inlet 18 is carbonized in the dry distillation section 19 to be changed into charcoal pieces 27, and a combustion gas is generated at the time. The charcoal pieces 27 fall into the combustion section 19 and burn there to form a burning charcoal layer 39. The fuel gas generated at the dry distillation section 19 passes through the burning charcoal layer 39 and is taken out from a fuel gas outlet 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
