PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for easily comparing a plurality of intrusion detection systems (IDS) by cross-referencing a plurality of log information items outputted from the intrusion detection systems of different kinds with each other. SOLUTION: A log summation support apparatus 4 disclosed herein includes: a collection means for collecting log information being a recording of illegitimate communication facts from each of the intrusion detection systems of the different kinds; a storage means for storing the log information items collected by the collection means; and a generating means that reads the log information items stored in the storage means, and generates log comparison information in which the log information items are associated with one another on the basis of a common attribute which the log information items share in common.
