摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road-to-vehicle communications apparatus, capable of positively performing required data communication at access points on a set route. SOLUTION: The apparatus has an access point detecting means 12 for searching a traveling route, based on the input of a destination, setting the optimum traveling route as a set route, and detecting an access point for road-to-vehicle communication existing on the set route; a communication-enable time calculation means 14 for calculating a time zone, in which data communication can be performed when passing through the detected access points; a data communication reserving means 15 for reserving data communication of the time zone, in which the data communication can be performed at the detected access point; a reservation state registering means 23, in which reservation state per time in each access point is registered; and a reservation management means 24 for referring to the reservation state registering means, when an reservation is made from the data communication reservation means to determine whether the reservation can be made; and if it can be made, registering the reservation in the reservation state registering means to manage the reservation.
