PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize a displayed area of the whole image when the image is partially displayed. SOLUTION: When enlarged image data equivalent to an enlarged display area indicated by hatching of the whole image (A) is extracted from the image data and displayed on a display, a partial image represented by the enlarged image data is displayed on the whole display surface of the display 26 as shown in (B), original image data is processed so that a frame 84 representing an enlarged display area may be synthesized in an image represented by the original image data and displayed as a navigation image 82 on an upper right corner of the display surface of the display 26.
