PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce information under accurate time management, based on the intention of a producer and record recording information that enables various reproductions, for example, a search operation etc. on the way of still image reproduction. SOLUTION: The recorder comprises signal processing means for outputting process partial recording information, including the recording information which is divided into partial recording information and to which a specified signal processing is applied, and also generating and outputting search reproduction display control information that includes reproduction display control information for reproducing the partial recording information that includes at least reproduction time information, representing the reproduction time at which the partial recording information has to be reproduced and search information for searching a recorded position on the information recording medium of the partial recording information to be reproduced, a multiplexing means for multiplexing the process partial recording information and the search reproduction display control information and outputting multiplex partial recording information, and a recording means for recording the multiplex partial recording information in the information recording medium.
