PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker having a wiring structure which can shorten the fixing time of wiring and can prevent generation of abnormal sound due to collision of the wiring and the cabinet. SOLUTION: A speaker box comprises a second cabinet having a plurality of ribs, and a first cabin fixed to the second cabinet and provided with retainer ribs formed in mesh. Each rib has a recess for securing each wiring and projects to a predetermined position on the inner surface of the second cabinet. Each wiring is arranged in the recess of each rib and secured to each rib while floating by a predetermined height above the inner surface of the second cabinet. A cushion member is fixed onto each rib and to a position covering each wiring. Under a state where the first cabin is fixed to the second cabinet, the cushion member is retained to each rib side by the retainer rib provided on the inner surface of the first cabinet.
