PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic core for an electromagnetic apparatus capable of reducing a magnetic reluctance, and the electromagnetic apparatus provided with the magnetic core. SOLUTION: The magnetic core for the electromagnetic apparatus is equipped with an inside leg 1A; a first outside leg 1B and a second outside leg 1C which are arranged at both sides of the inside leg 1A while sandwiching this inside leg 1A; a first coupler 1D and a second coupler 1E which link both ends of the inside leg 1A, the first outside leg 1B, and the second outside leg 1C, respectively; and a first aperture 1F and a second aperture 1G which are surrounded and formed by each of the inside leg 1A. Further, the core has a first cutting section which exists at corners of the first aperture 1F and the second aperture 1G, passes through a corner of a symmetry position to the inside leg 1A, inclines in the longitudinal direction of the inside leg 1A, and cuts at least this inside leg 1A; a second cutting section which cuts at least this first outside leg 1B; and a third cutting section which cuts at least this second outside leg 1C.
