PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost in spite of the increase in a supply fluid pressure. SOLUTION: A diaphragm pump 1 is provided with two diaphragm parts 2A and 2B, and a motor 4 to drive the diaphragm parts 2A and 2B. The drive of the motor 4 is transmitted to a crank stand 6A and 6B via a drive gear 5 and a belt 7 so that diaphragms 19A and 19B reciprocate upwards and downwards by drivers 11A and 11B. A discharge port 28A of the one diaphram pump part 2A and a suction port 29B of the other diaphragm pump part 2B communicate by a communication passage 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
