PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel bactericide which exhibits a broad pest control spectrum against pathogenic bacteria of various crops and solves an urgent problem of resistant bacteria. SOLUTION: The diamine derivative is represented by formula (1) (wherein R1, R2, R5, and R10 are each hydrogen or a substituent such as a 1-6C alkyl group; R3, R4, R6, R7, R8, and R9 are each hydrogen or a substituent such as a 1-6C alkyl group or they are linked with one another to form a carbon-containing 3-6C cycloalkyl group; and Q is an aryl group or a heterocycle), and its manufacturing method is also disclosed, and the bactericide comprises this compound as an active ingredient.
