PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive improved soil manufacturing plant suitable as a small-sized plant constructed in a small site. SOLUTION: This improved soil storage plant 100 is provided with a building 101 constructed in a site 1 where improved soil 4 is stored and a conveying means 10 conveying the improved soil 4 inside the building 101.
