PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the electric connection between an electrode terminals train of a recording device substrate and a terminals train of an electric wiring substrate corresponding to the former to be performed in a short time while enabling the same connection to be performed with uniform and proper connecting strength in avoiding the damage of the recording device substrate due to heat. SOLUTION: While the recording device substrate H1100 and the electric wiring substrate H1300 are fixed to each other, the electrode terminal H1101 and a lead terminal H1302 corresponding to the former are connected in each of two or more terminals trains A and B. In the terminals train A, while a lead terminal for turning on electricity H1302a and an electrode terminal for turning on electricity H1101a are connected, a lead terminal for not turning on electricity H1302b and an electrode terminal for not turning on electricity H1101b corresponding to the former are connected. In the terminal train B, an electrode terminal for turning on electricity H1101 and a lead terminal for turning on electricity H1302 are connected.
