PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of an air feeder for feeding air into a decomposition treatment tank, that air flow passages are liable to be clogged, then the smooth feed of air is impaired and fermentation decomposition efficiency is reduced. SOLUTION: In the decomposition treatment tank 5, the object to be stirred is scraped up at the central part side of the decomposition treatment tank 5 by the scraping operation of a helical blade 15 for the object to be stirred, and is settled at each circumferential part side, so as to cause reflux. Each circumferential plate 10 of the decomposition treatment tank 5 is provided with an air feed part 25, and each air feed part 25 is provided with a lower end opening 29a opening downward. Then, air is fed from each lower end opening 29a to the decomposition treatment tank 5, and the lower end opening 29a feeds air downward along the reflux (settling) of the object to be stirred.
